Service Description

Court Roster Mediator Mediation services are available Monday through Friday and may be scheduled for half days or full days. Mediation for off-site may be arranged upon request for an additional charge. Court Appointed Fees are billed based on a minimum of three hours for a half day and seven hours for a full day (lunch is not included) with an hour lunch break.

Cancelation Policy

Mediation cancellation fee policy: 100% of the invoiced fee for any cancellation within 15 days of the scheduled mediation date. Arbitration cancellation: Please refer to the Texas Comptroller's website
